My physical fitness related post

Well friends, here it is. It’s inevitable that all blog authors will eventually turn the attention of a portion of their blog to their physical fitness. Usually the addition of this topic corresponds with a major life change event (impending wedding, old age, President’s physical fitness test, etc). In my case it’s the wedding that I will be in, as the groom, in three months. According to the good doctor my target weight is 170 pounds. I am currently a smoothe 200 even. So, my self-imposed challenge is to drop thirty pounds in three months.

I’m using a great, free tool called fitday to track what I’m eating and how much I’m moving each day. If you are interested in knowing what you are really putting into your body each day, I recommend giving it a try.

Stay tuned for progress updates. Anybody have any good tips or stories to share?

    Does this mean that I should stop suggesting we have ice cream everytime I’m hungry?

    I’m sure you will be well below your smooth 200 in no time.

    You can do it buddy! Mr. Higgs believes in you… And if you need any help or suggestions on low cal menu items hit a brother up… Not to suggest I’m at a perfect weight but I have been dieting pretty well since February… fitday is an awesome tool and thanks again for hipping me to it.

    BTW Claire you skinny thing you can still have ice cream and while you’re at it eat Regans portion as well!
